Where are we all from?

HEY,

This is just a random thread to give the OOC board a bit of a kick-start. Where are you from? I'll start. I'm from the United Kingdom, specifically a place called Chester. I'm currently at Aberystwyth (in Aberystwyth, Wales) University, but from June onwards I have NO idea where I'll be!

I live in Tucson, Arizona, USA, born and raised. It's looks like I'm going to be here a little while longer but my husband keeps saying he wants to move to Chicago to be with family. I told him we'll go after we've had our first child (we're working on that currently but that's...um...another story, lol).

The weather here is perfect for me. I've been to Chicago in the spring and it feels like Tucson in the winter. So...I'm not very enthusiastic about moving there, at least when it comes to the climate. And, also, it's warm during the day here even in the winter. I won't wear a sweater when I walk to work later today but I'll wear one when I walk home tonight. But it's not really winter yet, anyway...it doesn't get really, really cold until February. There's actually a chance for snow then.

Random fact: the high school I graduated from is the one used in the movie Can't Buy Me Love, but that movie was made two years before I was born.

I'm Mark. I'm from Sydney Australia. I live in a wonderful place named Prestons. I am currently 21 years of age turning 22 in under a month. I'm a university student and have just completed my Diploma of Music. I am a piano major. I look towards obtaining a Bachelor's degree in music majoring in keys and a minor in vocals. I have currently obtained an Internship at the world renowned Disney World in Orlando America. I'll be doing character performance for a whole year. And yeah!

Hello! My name is Britt and I'm from the east coast of the USA. Raised in New Jersey (the most densely populated state, in case you didn't know!) and currently residing in Philadelphia. I work in television and graphics for the company that produces a popular television station called PBS sprout. I love writing and I'm a fairly talented artist as well... which is great living in Philadelphia since the city has SO much culture and creative people. There's like, over 150 museums in this tiny city alone.

Hi, obviously I'm Kim! I'm from the South West of Scotland (born and raised) and ... im still here. Its a pretty small town but there are many different areas within the county which make it rather a large area in the south west. I work for the local council in their contact center (Glorified call center) where i have been for almost 2 years, but as my sister is one of the seniors I tend to do most of the work where my colleagues lag behind.
I do hope to move one day, but unfortunately circumstances have meant i havent even moved out from my parents house

nah seriously, im quite happy with my family all around me, i'm quite a cheery person and staying at home means i can focus on my singing which i have done most of my life and have said many many many times that i will one day progress with. Who knows!!
