Okay so I really see Celeste looking up to Rochelle a lot because she's really cool and so together. I can imagine she'd look to her for reasurrance and really enjoy her company. I think they'd get along really easily and have really fun adventures in Hogsmeade while generally being awesome. They're in the same year So perhaps they met in first year and became really good friends, Celestes a friendly person and really social so I doubt she'd have shied away from chatting with Rochelle.

Ian meet Rochelle when she was trying to play the hero for him when he was a first year and she was a second year. From that moment Ian has seen her as a friend who he can turn to when things get bad. He has even gotten close to telling her that he is gay because he knows she would never tell but then he knows that she would get over protective of him. They always seem to make time for each other and talk about whatever is on their minds. He does not know where he would be without her.
